Heritage-listed settlers accommodation just an hour from Perth, Hoddywell Cottage offers a self-contained holiday base for up to six people. The cottage is set back from the road on 7.5 acres of natural bushland – offering peace and seclusion – but is just a short drive from the Toodyay townsite and everything to see and do in the area.
Enjoy the cosy open fire in the large living room, drink pure spring water sourced from a natural spring on the property, and relax and watch the sunset while soaking in the clawfoot bath on the verandah – a highlight for many guests!
Hoddywell Cottage sleeps up to six across three bedrooms – two queen size beds and two single beds. Facilities include BBQ, fireplace, fridge, rainwater, linen, self-contained cooking facilities, microwave and verandah.
Children welcome. Apologies – no pets permitted.
