Avon Valley Shotokan Karate

At Avon Valley Shotokan, we are about respect, family, discipline, and being part of a community. Established in 1991, the club has seen over 1000 students grow from children to adults and then return with their children to learn self-defence skills.

Each student of karate seeks something different from Martial Arts, and Avon Valley Shotokan's philosophy is to ensure that all of their needs are met while maintaining a technical standard equal to anywhere in the world. Classes are open to anyone aged 4+ years, of any ability, with an open mind and a willingness to learn.

Please note that karate does not run during school holidays.
