This Hall (also known as the Pavilion) is available for a variety of occasions. The space is ideal for sporting groups, fitness, dance groups, private functions, fund raisers, exhibitions, special interest groups, workshops, craft groups, meetings and more.
It is a large space with vinyl flooring, commercial kitchen, urn & kettle, microwave oven, cutlery, crockery, large stove with 5 burner gas cooktop & oven, large double door fridge, trestle tables, chairs, bar, ducted air-conditioning, wall heaters, ceiling fans, internal & external toilets.
There are two lots of changerooms available (Grandstand and Pavilion).
The rate displayed is the Community Hire rate. Commercial hirers must select the Additional items as displayed at checkout. More on this below.
IMPORTANT: When selecting your booking times, please allow for set-up and pack-down times
EXTRA FEATURES and Additional Items:
(Please note the following extras that are available as part of this space.)
- Grandstand with optional change-rooms - the old timber grandstand is included in your venue hire fee. An additional fee is required to access the grandstand change-rooms which is $5 per hour for community groups and $15 per hour extra for commercial groups.
- Kitchen - access to the kitchen is an extra fee of $5 per hour for community groups and $25 per hour extra for commercial groups.
- Kitchen and Bar - access to the kitchen & bar is an extra fee of $8 per hour for community groups and $28 per hour extra for commercial groups.
- Pavilion external change-rooms - access to the kitchen, bar & change-rooms is an extra fee of $10 per hour for community groups and $35 per hour extra for commercial groups.
- The oval space - the oval is also included in your venue hire fee. However you MUST book this separately here to guarantee access: Toodyay Showgrounds Pavilion.

Rules
The Hirer is responsible for opening and securing the building.
- Keys must be returned on the first day the Shire of Toodyay Administration Centre is open for business following the booking.
- The Hirer does not have the right to hire the Premises to a third party.
- The use of the Hall is limited to the date, times and areas as specified.
- The hall must be left in a clean and tidy state.
- Should alcohol be sold, approval from the Department of Racing and Gaming is required.
- Tables and chairs are not dragged across the floor.
- Tape is not tied, attached or stuck to floors and walls.
- You MUST include set up and pack down time when making your booking.
- You have read and understand all the terms and conditions from the Shire of Toodyay.
