The Shire of Toodyay is seeking Expressions of Interest for the lease of the following premise:
- Old Tennis Club – Part of Reserve R21797, 14 Fiennes Street, Toodyay WA 6566 (located in the Central Toodyay Heritage Area and subject to a Management Order).
Expressions of Interest are to be made in writing by email to records@toodyay.wa.gov.au or delivered to the Shire by 9.00am on Wednesday 26 June 2024, detailing your intended use of the property.
An expression of interest is not binding on you or the Shire but will assist Council in determining the most appropriate use of the property.
Before Council can decide to lease the above property, the Shire is required to either carry out a public tender process or advertise to call for public submissions for Council consideration pursuant to the provisions of s.3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995.
