Next Wednesday 22 May 2024 is Wear Orange Wednesday or ‘WOW Day’. On this day, communities across Western Australia are encouraged to wear orange and thank all State Emergency Service (SES) volunteers who generously give their time to help communities during flood and storm emergencies.
Toodyay SES volunteers are trained and equipped to:
Respond to natural disasters including floods, cyclones, storms and bushfires (as support)
Assist with emergencies including large bushfire events, land searches and cliff rescues
And much more!
